Report

This section is a repository of the reports and you can find some statistics about your company, Job vacancies and accounts. There are 8 reports in this section:

  •  + Job board overview
  •  + Candidate flow
  •  + Candidate final status
  •  + Job pipeline
  •  + Account overview
  •  + Template overview
  •  + Historical overview
  •  + Lead-Time tracker

In addition to the “Report Board“ you can find 2 widgets which show the overall information about “New Joiners“ and “Funnel Overview“.

This report established to find the data about the company's job vacancies. In this report you have 5 types of filters:

  • + Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job.
  • + Job title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs.
  • + Location: If you want filter the result by the location of Job Vacancies you can select them from this list.
  • + Creation Date Period: This filter will fetch the data in which period you define for creation date.
  • + Activation Date Period: This filter will fetch the data in which period you define for activation date.

You will see 8 parameters about the Job Vacancies in this table:

  • + Job Title: The job title of the job vacancy,
  • + Creation Date: The date of the job vacancy creation,
  • + Activation date: The date of publishing the job,
  • + Total Candidate: The count of candidate across the job pipe line,
  • + Total Screening: Total number of candidate in the job steps with the screening type,
  • + Total Offer: Total number of candidate in the job steps with the offer type,
  • + Total Hired: Total number of candidate in the job steps with the hire type.

By using this report you will find some insights about the progress and changes about the candidates of job.

There are 4 types of filters:

  • + Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job.
  • + Job Title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs.
  • + Status: The step of job vacancy.
  • + Date: The specific period of time for reviewing the candidate flow in job pipe line.

Also there are 5 parameters in the report table:

  • + Date: Show the specific day that event happened at that,
  • + Job Title: The title of the job vacancy,
  • + Step: Show the name of the job vacancy steps,
  • + Total Candidate: Show the total number of candidate in job vacancy,
  • + Total Candidate in Step: Show the total candidate in the step

This report established information about the state of candidate KPIs. This report has 2 main section:

  •  + Overall view in chart: You can find some statistics about the situation of candidates,
  •  + Detail view in table: In this section, you will find the final status of candidates in job flows and also you have access to data in chart

You have 5 filters:

  •  + Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job.
  •  + Job Title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs.
  •  + Location: If you want filter the result by the location of Job Vacancies you can select them from this list.
  •  +Creation date period: This filter will fetch the data in which period you define for creation date.
  •  + Status: The step of job vacancy.

And 6 columns of information:

  •  + Name: Shows the name of the candidate,
  •  + Job title: The job title of vacancy,
  •  + E-mail: The E-mail of the candidate,
  •  + Creation date: The date of entrance of candidate to the job,
  •  + Current step: The step that candidate is currently in that one,
  •  + Candidate score: The score of candidate in this company.

Also you can have the visual view by clicking on chart view.

In this report you have access to job pipe line overall information.

This report has 5 filters: - Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job, - Job Title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs, - Location: If you want filter the result by the location of Job Vacancies you can select, - Funnel Steps: You can select the specific step(s) to view the step data on chart, - Duration: You can set date period limitation for fetching the data from repository.

This report has 2 types of views:

  •  + Chart section: In this section you can find the aggregation of step types from all job vacancies.
  •  + Table view: This section shows the overall information about the job vacancies, also you can find more detailed information by clicking on chart view. There are 4 information column in this view:
    •      - Job Title: The title of the job vacancy.
    •      - Location: The location (country, region) of the job vacancy.
    •      - Department: The department which raised this job vacancy.
    •      - Publish Date: The date that this job vacancy published on promoting channels.

In this chart, you can find the total number of the account types in your company.

There are 5 filters available in this report: - Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job, - Job Title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs, - Location: If you want filter the result by the location of Job Vacancies you can select the location(s) from the list, - Period: Predefined period of time for set date limitation on outputs.

Also there are 5 types of column in this chart:

Total Account: Sum of the people, candidates and partners,

  1. 1- Total People: The total number of people who registered in platform,

  2. 2- Total Candidate: The total number of candidates who registered in platform,

  3. 3- Total Partner: The total number of partner who registered in platform,

  4. 4- Total Pool: The total accounts plus the just stored resume (for example for next job vacancies).
    5- Total Pool: The total accounts plus the just stored resume (for example for next job vacancies).

In this report you can find information about the usage of templates.

There are 2 type of filters: - Type: The type of the template, - Creation Date Period: The period of time that the templates created.

In addition, You can find these information about the templates in table:

  •     + Template Name: The title of the template,
  •     + Type: The type of the template,
  •     + Creator: The name of the template creator,
  •     + Count: Show how many times this template used,
  •     + Creation Time: The date time of creation the template.

In this chart you can see the today job steps available candidate in compare of the total candidate in the step in a period of time.

Also you can find the trend below each bar:

  •    + Department: You can filter job vacancies by the department of the job.
  •    + Job Title: This item used when you want to get the report about specific jobs.
  •     + Location: If you want filter the result by the location of Job Vacancies you can select the location(s) from the list.
  •     + Time Line Setting: There are some predefined items for selecting the period of comparison.
  •     + Calendar: For defining the custom time lines.

This report explains the normal distribution of candidate across job's funnels.

There are 6 filters in this report: - Funnel Lead-Time: There are some predefined lead-time that you can select to limit the steps of job in report. - Seniority: This is the seniority level of people who hired from job vacancy. - Department: You can select one or more department and set limitation on output base on departments. - Time-line Setting: In this list there are some predefined period of time. - Calendar: You can set the custom time line by this filter. - Job Vacancy: You can set limitation base on jobs by selecting one or more from the list.

There are 3 parts in this report:

 + Normal Distribution Chart:

  • - Total Candidate,
  •  - Total Available candidates (who are currently in pipe line not rejected and not hired),
  •  - Last Candidate: The duration passed from the last candidate added to job vacancies,
  •  - Distribution: The percentage of the people who move totally across the job funnel (1st step – Source/Apply – to last step)
  •  - Detail View: By hover the mouse cursor on the point upper the chart you can see the name of the people and by clicking on it you will have access to their profile.

  • + General Lead-Time:
  •  
    •  - Min Time: The minimum time that spent to move a candidate from 1st step– Source/Apply – to last step,
    •  - Max Time: The maximum time that spent to move a candidate from 1st step – Source/Apply – to last step,
    •  - Time: The average of the time spent to move a candidate from 1st step – Source/Apply – to last step.

  • Step by Step lead-time:

  • It includes the breakdown of the job(s) steps and the average time of moving between step X to Step Y.
