People board is the place for managing the employee of the company either current employees, recruiters, admin and line managers and/or new joiners and external experts and recruiters. The board give the ability to easily map your organizational chart, on-board new joiners and creating/managing tribes inside the company to ease communication and increase engagement. There are 2 types of lists for viewing the company’s employee:
+ List view: Providing a listing view of people in a table with few quick actions (view detail, add to tribe or add to a job vacancy funnel)
+ Widget view: A group view of company people upon their functional department.
To add new people/colleague in your company, click on add people button and add a new colleague into the platform notification will pop up in 2 steps. Starts by general information and continue by upload their CV. Keep your cursor for a few second on the people image in widget view and clicking on the option icon, a menu appears containing: Send mail, add to job, Change Status, Referral, View profile and Delete candidate. This feature works as a quick launch bar.
Every single member, colleague or applicant in the system requires to have a profile. The functionality of the profile varies upon profile type. People profile includes an extensive variety of items described as below:
Add to Position
By clicking on the quick launch bar on the top right side of the profile, and pushing the “add to position” button, you can change/edit or update people organizational position and title.
Add to Mission
By selecting this item from quick launch, you can find the list of missions and assign a profile to a mission.
Add to vacancy
To add a profile to a vacancy, hiring team you can select “add to vacancy” item from quick launch and select the vacancy(s).
Any profile has an image, though you can choose to upload an avatar or even take no action. There is no obligation on setting an image for a profile.
People Name and Title
Under a profile image, the name and the current job title of the profile owner is written.
In case the profile owner has got referred to the company, you can see the name of the recommender.
By clicking on the “message” icon you will get redirected to a message box. All the emails and internal messages will store in here. User can send an email or message to others in there.
In this section, the profile owner’s contact information is presented.
Here you can find profile owner’s score collected from other employees or recruiters and interviewers in case the profile owner is a candidate. By clicking on the history, a detailed sets of information will be shown from the evaluator to their thoughts and comments.
It uses in order to set an event from meeting to a call with the profile owner.
To give a score to any person in platform from applicant to other colleague, click on “evaluate” button (on their profile) choose a score and write your thoughts/comments.
Uses to send an email to the profile owner.
Your interview history
Here a history of vacancies is shown who the profile owner has taken part as a member of hiring team.
Uses to add any tags on the profile. It helps the other users to get into search result faster.
Contains profile owner’s social media account’s hyperlinks.
Locating on the top right side of a profile as a tab. Here a structured look of a resume is available with ability to edit, add or view:
Contains a sets of information on the incidents and their timeline under this tab.
Contains other people comments and other’s thoughts, feedback and reaction on them. It mostly can be used on recruitment process where a recruitment team can communicate or leave their feedback in here.
Contains a list of the mission statuses which assigned to the profile owner. Get into the detail by clicking on each.
