Role
  • The role of Director Business Strategy and Operations is a key to ensure the business runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. To transit the organization into world-class business operation and operational excellence
Authority
  • Redesign processes, flows, and procedures
  • Define initiatives and organize workstreams
  • Budget management
  • Participate in a management meeting
  • Department Management
  • Recruit, Train and develop future strategic leaders
Responsibility
  • Analyze, improve and maintain existing operations and service offerings
  • Conduct operations scorecard to assess the health of the system continuously
  • Implement systems thinking to design and implement a world-class people organization increasing productivity and efficiency
  • Initiate continuous improvement plan with departments and set review sessions
  • Establish a close communication with Product and Engineering departments to ensure our road-map accurately reflects the highest potential opportunities
  • Establish operational excellence by redesigning processes, flows and procedures
  • Form work streams around high priority initiatives
  • Diagnose complex problems, develop data-driven plans and oversee the execution
  • Track and communicate progress
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master’s in international business management or relevant field
  • 7+ years of combined experience in strategy and business operations roles high-growth environment and a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of identifying, improving company performance drivers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to process qualitative and quantitative data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize your findings and interpret into initiations
