Role
  • Monitoring and improving the process, managing the First-mile team, and assuring the property of safety conditions and efficiency.
Authority
  • Leading and Supervising First Mile Team
  • Day-to-day decision making upon strategies
  • Design and implement an appropriate process to ensure the same-day settlement of delivered waybills by agencies.
  • Hire, training and team performance management.
  • Manage the logistics of agencies of different provinces/areas (e.g. optimize the number as well as locations of distribution centers for each city) in a way that expansion of the operations becomes feasible.
Responsibility
  • Streamline the methods of pickup/delivery of customer packages to assure that the service quality meets the demands
  • Logistics management
  • Achieving Customer Expectations: Evaluate customer feedback and develop procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times.
  • Assess customer’s experience against a set of objects and patterns.
  • Take action when scores fall below thresholds and work with the Customer Service team to conduct additional research if required
  • Improving the electronic issue of waybills: provide the related needs and infrastructure so that the flow of information in the system is accelerated and facilitated.
  • Acquiring the data: Ensure the on-time insertion of relevant data in the system and design dashboards to better monitor the performance of agencies.
Requirements
  • BA/MSc degree in industrial engineering, logistics, Supply chain management, or related areas.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Challenging and willing to travel frequently
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • High loyalty and positive approach in the face of setbacks and obstacles
