Department Mission
  • The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
Role
  • Create and manage gardens, parks, and other outside landscapes. Your primary role involves assuring plant growth, cleaning outdoor facilities, and trimming overgrown hedges.
Authority
  • Using divers pesticides
  • Using divers fertilizers
  • Evaluating equipments
  • Choosing new decorative plant
Responsibility
  • Utilize pesticides to eliminate harmful insects like mosquito, wasps, and ticks.
  • Manage common maintenance tasks like cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other services.
  • Use fertilizer to help improve growth.
  • Take out plants and dead weeds.
  • Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
  • Uphold the landscaping plan and guarantee plant growth.
  • Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
  • Manage maintenance repairs to facilities, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
  • Guide customers on how to look after the landscape.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or a similar certificate.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a landscaping or grounds-keeping position.
  • Capability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
  • Deep understanding of pest management and essential lawn maintenance.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
