Department Mission
  • To orchestrate all resources, efforts, and initiation into a single company-wide goal and strategy
Role
  • The role of a Managing Director is extremely challenging. You will have full responsibility for P & L, commercial and operational leadership. The Managing Director will also be responsible for maintaining and developing sales of the existing product portfolio and expand the products, services, and ventures to expand markets, revenue, and profitability

Responsibility
  • Leading the business with full P & L, business planning, and budgetary responsibility for all operations and commercials, ensuring optimum performance, and that financial, commercial, and operational excellence is achieved.
  • Research, digest, and Plan strategic roadmaps to advance the company ahead of the competition
  • Create a strong management and technical leadership bench while creating and leading a forward-thinking visionary alignment between engineering, product, and operations
  • Assist in the development and execution of constructive culture and internal local policies to increase company efficiency and risk management
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive sales plans
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the business and that the business reputation within the market is maintained and enhance
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders and business partners
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of man
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in fast-growing companies, ideally consumer/B2C companies
  • 3+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally with a spike in finance
  • Highly process-oriented mindset and outstanding strategic understanding gained in one of the top four strategy consulting firms
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on and passionate about consumer products and social media
  • Having an understanding of financial reports and business key metrics
  • Knowledge of social media marketing (Is considered a plus)
  • Proven track record in leading and building international teams
