Role
  • Oversees the day-to-day management operations of other healthcare facilities and clinics, these professionals have to plan and monitor all health services. Responsibilities comprise checking budgets and also updating health records.

  • Checking relevant regulations and standards
  • Oversee patient medical history
Responsibility
  • Monitor the department’s finances and also ready reports that are precise about your findings.
  • Keep detailed records of healthcare and office supplies in inventory.
  • Inform workers of other changes and new policies.
  • Develop work schedules for those workers.
  • Coordinate with doctors, other healthcare professionals and nurses to identify their requirements and issues.
  • Respond to questions from medical doctors, nurses, and individuals in a prompt fashion.
  • Ensure up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Keep data of all the expenses and suggest methods to reduce costs.
  • Make certain all departments comply with the present healthcare laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Related field or business Administration.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a clinic administration position.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology as well as healthcare regulations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solver with great time-management capabilities.
  • Proven practical experience with management and accounting procedures is a bonus.
