Department Mission
  • The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
Role
  • Responsibilities include greeting visitors, responding to incoming telephone calls, purchasing business supplies and also taking suitable inventory. You’ll additionally be asked to produce presentations and produce management level reports.
Authority
  • Leading and supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity
  • Hire, training and team performance management
  • Day-to-day decision making upon strategies
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
Responsibility
  • Overseeing typical office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments and also controlling staff calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel, hotel, including flight, and automobile rental reservations.
  • Purchasing office supplies as well as tools and maintaining proper stock quantities.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting brand new contracts.
  • Creating presentations along with other management level reports.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or perhaps equivalent.
  • 5 years of expertise in office administration Office control knowledge.
  • Great computer skills, including an excessive level of skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
