Department Mission
  • The primary functions of an operations department include the design and management of products, services and processes. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver products and services. Management of supply chains is also an essential function of an operations department.
Role
  • Park and retrieve vehicles for customers at restaurants, hotels, and other businesses.
Authority
  • Ensuring vehicle safety
  • Informing guests on needful information
  • Direct contact with guests
Responsibility
  • Welcome customers to the establishment.
  • Support with unloading customers' luggage.
  • Park cars carefully.
  • Retrieve cars for customers on time.
  • Guarantee that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored securely or returned to the owner.
Requirements
  • No previous traffic offenses.
  • Legitimate driver's license.
  • Neat appearance plus upkeep of uniform.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
