Vendor Experience Manager

Department Mission
  • Contributing to the growth of the company by reach a mutual agreement with potential partners and make alliances. To keep direct communication with key accounts to provide beneficiary plans through all available GTM strategies and models
  • The role of a Vendor Experience Manager is to ensure a reliable, mutual beneficiary and productive experience are in place with vendors and suppliers.
  • Vendor Process Management
  • Provide a strategic plan to expand the relationship to be partners rather than vendors
  • Access to related information
  • Initiate projects
  • Launching vendor’s related campaigns
  • Mapping the vendor’s journey in the business
  • Harmonizing all vendor’s related process
  • Liaise between operation and commercial departments to solve vendor’s problem
  • Blueprinting the processes and flows to initiate project upon the bottlenecks
  • Regular reporting on project and their progress
  • Providing dashboard and gather all key metrics
  • To act as a voice of vendors at leadership meetings
  • Propose solutions and product feature
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related study filed
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or similar position
  • Solid analytical skills and familiarity with related tools such as SQL and PBI
  • Excellent communication skill
